Shipping policy

 

When you place an order for an item through the Site, the item will be shipped to the address you designate as the “Shipping Address” during the check-out process.  Orders for Ethos Grooming products will only be shipped to addresses within the 50 states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Canada. 

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, our shipping estimates are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day or be received by you within a specific period. The amount of time it takes for you to receive a product will depend on how long it takes us to process your order and how long it takes the carrier to deliver the order to you once it is shipped.  Shipping charges, if applicable, will be added to your purchase at checkout.  By placing an order, you accept all such shipping charges.

 

U.S. Orders and Import Fees

Orders shipped from Canada to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier processing charges. These charges are determined by U.S. customs and the shipping carrier and are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid at checkout unless specifically stated.

Customers are responsible for any additional import-related charges required before delivery.

We are currently improving our U.S. shipping process to provide greater cost transparency and reduce unexpected delivery fees.
